Irish Society for Behaviour Analysis

I have had a number of Behaviour roles over the last 14 years. Following BCBA certification in 2015, I began working as Behaviour Analyst based in a preschool before moving to a Behaviour Specialist role in residential care. I bring recent research into my work to ensure best practice and have presented at the Division Analysis conference on 5 occasions. My current role is as a Behaviour Specialist on a Children’s Disability Network Team, I work as part of broad inter-disciplinary team to deliver evidence based interventions and assessments to children with complex needs. I am deeply committed to empowering families and promoting Nuero-affirmative Behaviour Analysis.
