I have been working in the field of Behaviour Analysis since 2009. Between the years of 2011 and 2016, I worked in a school setting working with children and adolescents using ABA methodologies. From 2016 to 2018, I worked in the UK, acquiring experience of working with adults in residential services. I am currently working as a Senior Behaviour Specialist with Nua Healthcare. I am passionate about ensuring a rights based approach is at the cornerstone of my practice.
