Phil has qualifications in Social Care, Psychology and Behaviour Analysis. She has been working in the area of social care and disability for almost 30 years. She has held clinical, and management positions in education, social care and academic settings. She currently holds the position of Behaviour Therapist with The Rehab Group supporting individuals with behaviour support needs across day and residential service settings. Her professional goals are to support people who use disability services to lead lives that are meaningful and autonomous. These goals are underpinned by personal values of respect, fairness, equality and co-production.
