I am a keen professional working in the field of autism and disability support services. I am a qualified Behaviour Analyst and Restorative Practitioner with expertise and experience in the education sector, day and residential service settings and community and home support environments. I am incredibly motivated to provide those I work with a supportive environment that is holistic, person centred and that’s overarching aim is to support the person to work towards greater levels of autonomy based on their personal goals. I have vast experience in leading teams and working with service users, family and staff to resolve complex situations. I am an advocate of post crisis restorative practice support. I promote a holistic post crisis approach that aids those impacted by crisis to find positive and meaningful ways in which to move forward in order to reduce the feelings of guilt, stress and shame that often contributes to trauma. I am a creative thinker and have devised many training programmes and skills teaching curriculums to meet the diverse needs of the individuals I work with and support.
