Michelle P. Kelly, PhD, BCBA-D, C. Behav. Psychol. (Ps.S.I.) is an Associate Professor at the Emirates College for Advanced Education in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral and a Chartered Behavioural Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland. Dr. Kelly is also an invited member of the Research Collaborative of the Special Olympics’ Global Center for Inclusion in Education. She is co-author of the Routledge book, “Promoting Student Success: Strategies Teachers Can Learn Today and Apply Tomorrow”. Her research focuses on applied behaviour analysis (ABA), developmental disabilities, classroom management and behaviour support, ethical and inclusive research and teaching practices, parenting interventions, professional development, and the promotion of positive developmental, educational, and well-being outcomes for children.
