I have 20 years of experience in ABA. I started my career as classroom assistant for 17 years in a Special Needs School with in this experience I have worked with a variety of age group. I have worked with children who are verbal and non-verbal. I have experience in conducting early intervention and have used the assessment tools of VB-MAPP, ESDM, Functional assessment, working with children who have diagnosis of Autism, ADHD and Anxiety. I am experienced in designing and managing home programmes as well as implementing the programmes. Furthermore, I support the family and the parents with training and coaching throughout this journey . I am trained in PEC’s, Makaton and have worked with children with ACC devices. I provide tailored holistic programmes to meet clients’ needs, taking family, school and life circumstances into consideration. Programmes are based on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), an evidence based intervention for children. All of these professional activities were supervised by a BCBA and followed the BACB supervision guidelines. I have my master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis and has completed my 2000 supervised independent fieldwork hours.
