Relational Frame Theory (RFT) offered valuable insights and practical techniques to improve therapy outcomes. A webinar held on 27th March explored how RFT could be applied effectively across interdisciplinary therapy services, benefitting both learners and staff.

The presenter, Risca Solomon, brought a wealth of experience as a Behaviour Analyst and the founder of Skybound Therapies Ltd, an interdisciplinary therapy service supporting children and adults with developmental disabilities. With more than two decades in the field, Risca had extensive expertise in applying behaviour analysis clinically, as well as in organisational behaviour management contexts.

This free CEU webinar was designed specifically for behaviour analysts and other professionals seeking practical, evidence-based strategies to enhance their practice. Attendees gained insights into assessing relational frame abilities, implementing targeted teaching programmes, and using RFT-based approaches to support staff effectively in their professional roles.

During the session, participants learned to:

  • Clearly identify and describe different types of relational frames.
  • Understand the multiple benefits of integrating relational frames into therapeutic and staff-support contexts.

This event offered a valuable opportunity to enhance professional skills and make a meaningful impact in practice through evidence-based applications of RFT.
