Focus of neuroaffirmative and person centered care. Currently working with children and adults with additional needs in a residential service. Previous experience working with children in a therapy service and home programmes, and adults in previous residential and day service. Obtained a first-class honours Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from the University of Ireland, Galway.
