About You Alan studied Analysis and Intervention in Learning Disabilities at the Tizard Centre, University of Kent and is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst. He has over 15 years of experience in research, practice and training in Positive Behaviour Support. Alan is now a behaviour specialist in a Child Disability Network Team in County Cork and formerly a behaviour specialist with the Regional Positive Behaviour Support Service for Cork and Kerry. Between 2016 and 2019, Alan was a member of the Rights Review and Behaviour Standard Committee for the Brothers of Charity Southern Services. Alan is co-chair and a founding member of the Irish Society for Behaviour Analysis. Alan is a member and former secretary of the Psychological Society of Ireland’s Division of Behaviour Analysis.
